The Government will introduce the bivalent Polio vaccine for the first time in the country tomorrow in Bihar on the National Immunisation Day for the pulse polio campaign.The vaccine was launched today by President Pratibha Patil at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.The new vaccine will be introduced in Bihar from tomorrow and Uttar Pradesh from next year, Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad said.Around 25 lakh children will get the bivalent polio drops in this round.
